- Q. My tablet is out of warranty and needs repairing
- A. We do not provide an out of warranty repair service, but can recommend our approved service company based in the UK

- Q. I'm unable to connect to the Internet with my Home Guard DVR
- A. 1. Login to your DVR with a screen connected to the unit
2. From the main menu select SETUP, then NETWORK
3. Tick DHCP
4. Reboot the unit
5. Log back into the DVR
6. From the main menu select SETUP, then NETWORK
7. Untick DHCP
